Villa Minerva offers a peaceful escape, in a sought-after and spellbinding location on the hillside just outside Port Andratx. This beautiful villa covers 600m² and offers six spacious bedrooms, perfect for accommodating up to 12 guests.

As you step into Villa Minerva, you are greeted with a welcoming interior offering a seamless blend of modern comfort and classic charm. The living spaces on the main level of the villa have a natural flow and make the most of ample sunlight and stunning surroundings. Pale walls adorned with modern artwork create a sophisticated ambiance, while high-quality fabrics and furnishings in soft neutral tones evoke a sense of comfort and warmth. A peaceful lounge area offers a welcome space to escape, while a separate split-level kitchen and dining area act as the main hub and social area, benefitting from the scenic views across the azure waters.

With almost 2,000m² of grounds to enjoy, there is plenty more outdoor space to discover, each area with its own unique vantage point to admire the mesmerizing vistas. The main terrace, continues the living areas outside with a large alfresco dining and BBQ area and separate lounge space. Savour intimate alfresco meals with your loved ones, all whilst witnessing awe-inspiring sunsets, casting a golden hue over the tranquil waters of Port de Andratx. The highlight of Villa Minerva is the outdoor swimming pool, sitting at the edge of the main terrace, it mirrors the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Enjoy basking in the sun on one of the plush sunbeds, or head to the Villa's Jacuzzi to relax in the soothing bubbles. To finish off your wellness routine, the sauna inside is the perfect treat, still offering views of the port. For those looking to keep up with their daily workout during their holiday, the property also includes a fitness studio with exercise machines.

Villa Minerva can sleep up to 12 guests within six beautifully decorated bedrooms. All configured as doubles, the rooms are completed in the same luxurious and sophisticated style found within the rest of the property. Four bedrooms are conveniently located in the main house, all featuring their own en-suite facilities, including two master suites. The largest room, makes the most of 3 front facing terrace windows as well as a lounge area and dressing room, and it is a veritable restful retreat. The second master room, is found exclusively on the upper level, again spacious, it benefits from a roof terrace and large extravagant en-suite. For extended family or friends wishing for further privacy, two guest bedrooms are located separate from the main house and each have independent access.

For convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as an indoor & outdoor sound system. The property is also fully-fenced and has its own security gate, alarm system and laundry facilities. For self-driving guests, private parking is also included.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping (except Sunday).

There is a choice of beaches within the surrounding area, easily reached within 20 minutes by car. This includes the iconic St Elm beach, renowned for its pristine sands and clear water, and the popular Camp de Mar beach. Camp de Mar is where you will also find the 18-holf Golf course.

Mallorca Airport and the Island's capital, Palma, are located at approximately 35–40 minutes drive from the villa.
