Villa La Perla Estate is a private haven on the renowned Baie Rouge beach, a luxury villa in Saint Martin welcoming up to 14 guests for a delightful Caribbean holiday. Consisting of a main villa flanked by two one-bedroom properties either side, this beachfront villa enchants guests with its sumptuous living areas, three swimming pools, fabulous terraces and beautiful panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea.

With three villas, guests are treated to a plethora of living areas to relax and unwind in. Showcasing open-plan designs, these light, spacious and modern living spaces offer a mix of styles, from authenticity to high-class luxury. There's an abundance of stylish lounge seating across the property, with both intimate and larger dining areas, alongside three fully-equipped, sleekly elegant kitchens. The villas are perfect for all groups of guests, whether you wish to enjoy a convivial day together as a group or want a more private atmosphere in the seclusion of your own villa. All three benefit from sizeable sliding glass doors that gaze out towards the glittering ocean waves.

The main highlight across all three villas are their expansive pool terraces, with all three extending out to the sands of the Baie Rouge beach, making moving between the three properties a matter of ease. There are three outdoor swimming pools for you to choose from, in addition to a hot tub on each terrace. You will be left spoilt for choice with plenty of outdoor lounge areas, spots for alfresco dining, pool loungers and deck chairs, several BBQs and even an outdoor bar. Further incredible features found at Villa La Perla Estate include a spa area with sauna, and a small gym, both located in the main villa. There is also table football, a pool table, table tennis, and even a giant chess set, offering a multitude of activities that the whole family can take part in.

There are seven double bedrooms in total to Villa La Perla Estate, sleeping up to 14 guests. The main villa features five bedrooms, with an eclectic mix of styles and lots of space to utilise how you wish. The two other bedrooms are each found in their own self-contained villa, offering an exclusive space for extended family or couples. All bedrooms come complete with en-suite bath or shower rooms, with the majority providing direct terrace access, individual dressing rooms and spellbinding sea views.

There are a total of five parking space for guests of the villa estate. All three properties come with air conditioning.

Villa La Perla Estate is made up of three villas: the five-bedroom Villa La Perla Palais, and the one-bedroom villas of Villa La Perla Classic and Villa La Perla Bianca. Each villa can be taken individually on a self-catered basis.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 14 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping, villa manager and complimentary airport transfer on arrival.

Prices do not include taxes (VAT) and Service Charges (10%) which will be calculated on top of the advertised rates.

Please note, a cleaning fee of $350 will be charged in addition for minimum length stays. Longer stays will have the fee waived.

Villa La Perla Estate is a collection of three villas in a luxury beachfront location in the Caribbean, located on the exclusive Baie Rouge beach on the French half of the island of Saint Martin.

The villas are located just 10 minutes drive from Princess Juliana International Airport on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten, by which you will find the iconic Maho Beach and the island's golf course. The French capital of Marigot is just 12 minutes by car, where you will find a number of restaurants, bars and shops.

As Saint Martin is such a small island, you can reach almost anywhere within 30 minutes drive, including the best restaurants at the village of Grand Case, the luxury boutiques in the Dutch capital of Philipsburg, and the classy beachfront bars located along the popular and luxurious Orient Beach.
