Meticulously renovated, Casa Verano is a truly luxurious and welcoming home. Inside you will find a light and airy open-plan living space that seamlessly blends natural texture with elegant furnishings. To one end, high ceilings and large, framed, windows create an inviting lounge setting adjacent to a winter fireplace. To the other, an oval dining table and large kitchen continue the social setting. Within the villa, rich warming colours, intricately designed woodwork and nods of Moroccan culture are featured to add a touch of vibrancy and cosiness to the spaces.

Outside, the villa offers incredible areas to make the most of the Mediterranean sunshine and exotic surroundings. A boundary of rich green foliage gives the gardens a lovely secluded feel while over 200m² of terrace space, provides wonderful areas in which to relax. The terrace is the ultimate chill-out area, with comfy lounge seating, lazy chairs and a long wooden table for outside dining. Whether enjoying a leisurely breakfast al fresco, a traditional BBQ or sipping cocktails under the stars, the terrace offers a truly enchanting experience for guests. A second dining space sits to the other side of the property under a pergola, in a peaceful corner of the plot.

Surrounded by rolling hills and beautiful views, it is the perfect spot for appreciating golden sunsets as the day ends. Casa Verano can sleep up to 8 guests across four lovingly decorated bedrooms. All configured as doubles, each room benefits from an en-suite shower room. Each bedroom has a pleasing modern design with a touch of traditional Moroccan style, making for a calm space for a good night of rest. For extended family members looking for extra privacy from the rest of the group, the fourth bedroom is located in a separate annexe.

For extra convenience, air-conditioning is provided throughout the villa, as well as an indoor & outdoor sound system. The property also has its own security gate and features laundry facilities.

Mallorca Airport is located approximately 35 minutes drive from the property. To fully experience all that Mallorca has to offer, a car rental is recommended.
